Southbound S.R. 19 traffic just north of C.R. 4 is restricted to one 12-foot-lane to accomodate construction of commercial driveways there.
That's where a new Martin's Super Market is being built.
The restriction, which went into effect Monday, should be lifted by mid-November, weather permitting, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
AND TO THE SOUTH
The northbound section of S.R. 19 south of Elkhart is restricted to one 10-foot lane, the center turn lane, due to the installation of a water main tap.
The restriction, 515 feet south of Moore Avenue, started Monday and should be lifted by Friday, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
