GOSHEN — Lynette Kay Chupp-Hunt, 45, died at her home early Monday morning, Feb. 20, 2012, after a three-year illness.

She was born Nov. 17, 1966, in Goshen to Mervin and Edna (Eigsti) Chupp. She married Timothy W. Hunt on Aug. 19, 1989, in Goshen.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Tara K. Hunt of Fort Wayne and Haley R. Hunt of Goshen; and her parents and a brother, Brent D. (Lauri) Chupp, all of Goshen.

A 1985 graduate of Goshen High School, Lynette worked as a teacher’s aide with special needs children at Chamberlain Elementary from 2007 to 2011. She attended Grace Community Church, Goshen.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Grace Community Church, 20076 C.R. 36, Goshen, where a 10:30 a.m. Friday funeral service will be conducted. Pastor Jeremiah Olson will officiate. Cremation will follow the funeral service.

Memorial contributions may be given to United Cancer Services of Elkhart County or IU Health Goshen Center for Cancer Care. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
