Police find 57 marijuana plants after serve search warrant

ELKHART — Elkhart Police arrested a man after they used a search warrant this morning and found a marijuana cultivation operation at 1114 Grant St., Elkhart.

The Indiana State Police, Community Affairs Bureau and the EPD Drug Unit executed the warrant at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday and found 57 marijuana plants, scales and other equipment used to grow marijuana.

Terry Lee Holliday II will likely be charged with maintaining a common nuisance and cultivating marijuana over 30 grams, both Class D felonies.
