Zinue E. Vasquez-Velasco, 23, of 1721 Bashor Road, was arrested on a preliminary charge of shoplifting at Kohl’s, 3802 Midway Road, on Jan. 26.
Two 17-year-old girls were arrested on juvenile delinquency allegations of shoplifting at Meijer, 4522 Elkhart Road, on Jan. 26.
Juan Ugarte, 36, of 317 N. First St., was arrested on a preliminary charge of being a habitual traffic violator-life at Elkhart Road and Peddlers Village Road on Jan. 28.
Isaac Medina, 32, and Angela Medina, 33, both of Goshen, were arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery in the presence of a minor in their home on South 10th Street on Jan. 29. Angela Medina also was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and on a Goshen city warrant.
Christopher Bontrager, 28, of Bashor Road, was arrested on South Fifth Street on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery on Jan. 29.
Timothy M. Shadrix, 30, of 65731 C.R. 31, was arrested on preliminary charges of theft and public intoxication at Martin’s Super Market, 1527 Bashor Road, on Jan. 30.
Melanie A. McCarthy, 37, of 23245 Orchard Lane, Goshen, was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft at Meijer, 4522 Elkhart Road, on Jan. 31.
