ELKHART — CTS Corp. announced Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of Valpey-Fisher Corp, a publicly-held company in Hopkinton, Mass. The Elkhart-based manufacturer signed a definitive agreement for this acquisition in November 2011.

Valpey-Fisher designs and manufactures precision frequency crystal oscillators and posts annual sales around $15 million. The acquisition will expand CTS’ technology and add engineering capabilities and management leadership to the components and sensors segment.
