EDWARDSBURG: A visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus will take place Nov. 26 beginning with the pair riding into town on a fire truck. “Happy Squares Square Dance Group”:The once-a-week class meets from 3 to 5 or 5:30 p.m. for about 15 weeks, teaching the basics and mainstream calls as well as all the possible calls that can be worked in during the course. • A new display titled “Medical Myths and Miracles, Alternative Healing” is open. This is the last in the series of exhibits focusing on health for this year. The display features crystals, herbs, acupuncture and other alternative medicines.
• The museum’s final display for the year features the lighted Christmas towns of John and Sally Dalrymple. This collection of villages features a hospital and the surrounding town. Other collections will be added.
• Oral histories will conclude the fall activities with Anita Kaminski at 7 p.m. today.
• The museum ladies will host their annual candy sale at the fire station on M-62 when Santa comes for a visit Nov. 26.
