ELKHART -- Today's episode of "Judge Joe Brown" on WCWW, channel 25, will feature two litigants from Elkhart.

Christine Salgado, 20, is suing her ex-boyfriend, Tyron Lax, 23, for $3,373. According to a Judge Joe Brown case press brief, one day, Salgado got out of the shower to find that her then-boyfriend had moved out, failed to pay the rent and taken her PlayStation 3.

She claims that Lax owes her for leaving their shared apartment without notice and for stealing her PlayStation.

Lax claims that he does not owe Salgado any money because the landlord let him out of the lease and because he didn't take her PlayStation.

"Judge Joe Brown" airs on Channel 25 at 11 and 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. This episode will air at 11:30 a.m. today.

"Judge Joe Brown," distributed by CBS Television Distribution, is a daily, half-hour, reality courtroom show, currently in its 12th season.

It is the second-rated syndicated courtroom show, next to "Judge Judy," and features the top male judge personality on television.

According to Christine Guederian, the publicity assistant for "Judge Joe Brown," Brown is known for his no-nonsense rulings and strict family values.
