| These apartments are a joke!!! The landlord at these apartments, Michelle B., does nothing but lie, cheat & steal from the renters. The renters in this complex have no running water & if it does run, it is a trickle & some don't even have hot running water, that's nice & healthy for cleaning purposes & to think about taking a cold shower---would you take a cold shower?---IF I'M PAYING RENT, I HAD BETTER HAVE HOT RUNNING WATER!!! The heating system there sometimes works in some apartments & not others, but wait!, if your heat didn't work one day, it MIGHT work another day. AGAIN, IF I'M PAYING RENT, I HAD BETTER HAVE HEAT!!! These renters can turn in a "fix-it-slip" & what ever was broken will stay broken because Michelle B. does something with the fix-it-slip, if I had to guess, she prolly throws them away, but your broken stuff will never get fixed. AGAIN, IF I'M PAYING RENT & SOMETHING IS BROKE, IT HAD BETTER GET FIXED, within 10 working days!!! Michelle B. rents to a, mind you, ONE family of mexicans & before you know it, in this little 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment has 4 mexican families living there. When the other renters complain about this, Michelle B. will send out notices that someone, she won't, she just hides in her office, will be there at such & such time & day to see who is living there. Michelle B., you are an indiana idiot, you have to out think them mexicans, you DO NOT send out a notice that someone will be there at such & such time & day, YOU JUST SHOW UP & SURPRISE!!! I'M HERE!!! I know a landlord can't do that, but, maybe, it is legal if the landlord KNOWS that something is going on in one of her apartments that's not in the contract, but if a GOOD & HONEST landlord knows what's going on, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT BESIDES HIDE IN YOUR OFFICE!!! The drugs that run in & out of that complex is unreal, now this is just 'hear-say' from renters I talk with who live at elkhart Greens Apartments, Michelle B., has been known to play around with drugs, just think, an apartment complex would be ideal to run drugs & 'laundry' moneys.(that's a hint hint to you cops...& as for the mexican police guys, also known as 'Ice' to the mexicans, bet you can bust ALOTTA illegals here at elkhart Greens Apartments & the surrounding neighborhoods.) I have sent out complaints to Dynasty, whom owns these apartments & still nothing is done about this elkhart Greens Apartments, maybe, just maybe, E-Truth can at least help spread the word about this place. I have told the renters that i talk with, that they have a case against these apartments & Michelle B., & it's like they tell me, who can afford a lawyer, so things go unchanged there & steadily get worse. Why is it, when mexicans move in somewhere, things just seem to go from bad to worse? I don't usually tell people my next move but something has to happen at these apartments, if things don't change here soon, I have a lawyer,LOL, my lawyer loves me cuz I only bring cases them that I know we can win, maybe these renters & I can pull some moneys together & '"Get-r-done"!!! Don't ya'll just love us DUMB hillbillys?!?!? OOHH!! I almost forgot, this landlord has also broken the "Rentals Confidential" laws as well. Michelle B. has talked, to my boss no less, about 2 of the people that are stuck living at elkhart Greens Apartments. Not sure what exactly was said, but I think they tried to get them out of there. Ok Dynasty, the next choice is your, are you willing to fix the problem or hide in you offices? |
