First of all, I want to thank you for painting them lines on the roads, but have another question for Elkhart City, are ya finished working on Cassopolis St. yet or did ya just forget or just too lazy to take down the 'Men At Work' signs or are ya working with the police & Cassopolis St. is a speed trap? Don't be a lazy slob, if the job is finished, clean up after yourselves....And here's a heads up for Elkhart citizens, something is awfully smelly here in Elkhart, probably all them meth labs running around Elkhart, but there are ALL kinds of police running around Elkhart these days, City, County, State, & we'll let the undercover cops think that they are being sneaky, so beware & keep a close eye on what ya'll do out there...OH! don't speed either, I'm sure that you read the article on the $20.00 extra bucks they will tack onto the speeding ticket you get, like I said before, the cops can't meet their quota of tickets a month so they gotta do something to suck the money out of us some how, LOL, I got something they can all suck on...Happy Halloween & Happy Suckin on all that candy

	here's something else for ya...the last 2 days i have driven to work & taken Cassopolis St., an elkhart memorial school bus was on Cassopolis St., bus #69 to be exact, & he was doing 40mph with all the construction signs still up, today on my way to work a STATE cop went speeding passed me & oh yes, i just had to speed up to him to see what his mph was & oh yes!, he was doing 40mph on Cassopolis St.(bummer i failed to get his car #) & here's the kicker...he was in a hurry to get to the Shell gas station, LOL, prolly in a hurry to get them free donuts & coffee...anyhoo...take down them f**king 'Men At Work' signs so that EVERYBODY can do the 40mph on Cassopolis St....LEGALLY!!!!!

	I cant believe that them 'Men At Work' signs are STILL up on Cassopolis St.....and you all thought hillbillys are slow slobs...at least hillbillys take down their 'Men At Work' signs when a job is FINISHED!!!...its called, CLEANING UP AFTER YOURSELF!!!...seems if a job is finished & the signs are still there & someone gets a ticket for doing over the allowed 35mph, is it not called entrapment?!? & the last I knew, entrapment is illegal.

	I now know why that joke went around the world about indiana & the 'Men at Work' & 'Construction' signs being indiana's state flag & the 'cones & or barrels' being indiana's state icon. Even after the job is done, the "State Flag & Icons" never go away!!! SLOBS! Kinda makes one ask, "Do you indiana idiots 'keep your house' cleaned & PICKED UP?!? Talk about clutter & trash laying about the streets, them signs that you left behind are an eye sore, but what the hell, what's alil trash lining our streets, right?!?
