TMC Group Proposes A Goal For DBE's

TMC Group Inc has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. TMC Group Inc proposes an annual overall goal of 10% in the use of DBEs. This goal and its rationale are available for inspection during normal business hours at our main office in Elkhart, IN for the next 30 days following August 31, 2009. We will accept comments on the goals for 45 days from August 31, 2009. Comments on the goals may be sent to our Headquarters address at:
