1. Our email is sent automatically and immediately. Depending on your email provider it may arrive within seconds or take a half hour or more.
2. Waiting for the email to arrive will make the process less confusing. Repeatedly requesting either your Username & Password or Password Only before the email arrives will keep generating a new password and send you multiple emails. You will have to use the very latest emailed password to login.
3. If you still do not receive an email from eTruth.com please check your spam or junk mail folder.
