VERY IMPORTANT! Some email providers may incorrectly interpret support emails from eTruth.com as spam and put them in your junk or spam folder. To ensure you will receive emails from us, please add the eTruth.com domain to your safe senders list in your email program. For assistance with that see the Help menu of your email program or contact your email service provider.

Please choose only one of the following options:

Get Both Your Username & Password

Enter the email address you originally used to sign up for your eTruth.com account and your username and password will be emailed to you. This will generate a new password each time you do this.

Email Address:

Get Your Password Only

Enter the username you registered with (not your email address) and your password will be emailed to you. If you don't know your username use the "Get Both Your Username and Password" method on the left. This will generate a new password each time you do this.

Not Receiving Our Email?
1. Our email is sent automatically and immediately. Depending on your email provider it may arrive within seconds or take a half hour or more.

2. Waiting for the email to arrive will make the process less confusing. Repeatedly requesting either your Username & Password or Password Only before the email arrives will keep generating a new password and send you multiple emails. You will have to use the very latest emailed password to login.

3. If you still do not receive an email from eTruth.com please check your spam or junk mail folder. Some email providers may incorrectly interpret support emails as spam and put them in those folders. To ensure you will receive emails from us, please add the eTruth.com domain to your safe senders list in your email program. For assistance with that see the Help menu of your email program or contact your email service provider.

4. If you still do not receive the email, please contact your email provider and request they unblock emails from eTruth.com.
