GOSHEN -- Bessie May Price, 100, of 2400 College Ave., formerly of 404 Winter Ave., died at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 24, 2009) in The Courtyard Healthcare. She lived in Goshen since 1927.

She was born Jan. 5, 1909, in Wabash to William and Mabel (Newberry) Brewer. She married Robert H. Price on Nov. 19, 1927, in Wabash. He died July 22, 2004.

Mrs. Price is survived by one daughter, Martha Mougeotte of Goshen; two grandsons; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by one infant daughter, Donna Mae; one sister, Celia Boardman; two brothers, Gene and Jack Brewer; and one grandson, Greg Mougeotte.

Mrs. Price worked in assembly at Johnson Controls and dipped candy at Olympia Candy Kitchen.

Friends may call one hour prior to Saturday's 11 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, 1911 S. Main St., Goshen. The Rev. Omer Nisley will officiate. Burial will be in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
