ELKHART -- Loretta L. "Lori" Atkinson, 53, of Elkhart, died at 10:49 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, in her home.

She was born April 29, 1956, in South Bend to Phillip Eugene and Patsy Joann (Raderstorf) Neff.

She is survived by one daughter, Kacie J. Atkinson of Elkhart; one granddaughter; her mother of Elkhart; two brothers, Mark A. Neff and Phillip E. Neff II, both of Elkhart; her grandfather, Israel Raderstorf of Niles, Mich.; and her companion of 23 years, Rex Rautenkrantz of Mishawaka.

She was preceded in death by her twin daughters, Angela and Krista Atkinson, and her father.

Ms. Atkinson was a 1974 graduate of Memorial High School and a homemaker who enjoyed playing bingo at the local bingo halls.

Friends may call Wednesday from 1 until the 3 p.m. funeral service at Walley-Mills -Zimmerman Funeral Home, 700 E. Jackson Blvd., Elkhart. Cremation will take place.

Memorials may be given to the family, care of the funeral home.
