GOSHEN -- Tyler David Miller, 13, of 2945 Leana Drive, died at 11:02 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 7, 2009) at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis after a long illness.

He was born Aug. 10, 1996, in South Bend.

Survivors include his mother, Kristy Miller of Goshen; caregiver, Emily Hamilton; grandmother, Ruth Miller of Elkhart; grandfather, Jerry Miller of Pinson, Ala.; and great-grandmother, Emily Andrews of Windham, Ohio.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, 1911 S. Main St., Goshen. Private family graveside services will be Thursday at Violett Cemetery.
