WHITE PIGEON, Mich. -- Caroline "Carrie" Webster, 79, of 10733 Riverside Drive, Mottville Township, died Sunday morning (Aug. 2, 2009) in Three Rivers (Mich.) Health-Hospice.
She was born June 21, 1930, in Chicago to Peter and Mary (Matulica) Krizan. On April 18, 1953, she married Max Webster in Wolcottville.
He survives along with two daughters, Dianne (Dale) Tibbie of Manteno, Ill., and Lori (James) Cavanaugh of Mottville; three sons, Gary (Annie) Webster and Mark (Wee) Webster, both of Mottville, and Max (Jeannie) Webster of White Pigeon; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one sister, Burt (Marv) Waldron of Nottawa.
She was preceded in death by four siblings, Jenny Bojanich, Josephine Neff and John and Peter Bojanich.
Mrs. Webster had worked at Drake Casket Co., Constantine, and was co-owner of Touch of Sun for several years. A lifelong homemaker, she loved her grandchildren and enjoyed going to Healthtrac and Heartland. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, White Pigeon.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Farrand Funeral Home, 300 N. Kalamazoo St., White Pigeon, where the 11 a.m. funeral service will be Wednesday. Deacon Bart Connelly will officiate. Burial will be in Mottville Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Three Rivers Hospice.
