ELKHART -- Elkhart police are asking anyone who can identify the men who robbed the 7-Eleven on Main Street last weekend to contact police.
The robbery was one of three that took place within a few hours Sunday morning.
At 12:35 a.m., the 7-Eleven convenience store in the 100 block of Mishawaka Road was hit, followed by the 1:46 a.m. robbery at the 7-Eleven store in the 400 block of North Main Street. The third occurred at 3:01 a.m. at Burger King, 834 E. Beardsley Ave.
All three robberies involved two suspects, but detectives haven't been able to say whether the incidents are related.
Police have released surveillance pictures of the suspects at the Main Street 7-Eleven and plan on releasing additional surveillance photographs from the other robberies when they become available.
Anyone who can identify either man in the photographs may call Detective James Anderson at the Elkhart Police Department at 295-7076.
