ELKHART -- Elkhart police found an active meth lab and arrested two people in a home on Goshen Avenue Tuesday morning.
Police took a search warrant to 821 Goshen Ave. around 2:30 a.m. following a short-term investigation by officers with the Street Crimes Unit, Community Relations Bureau and midnight patrol, according to police.
Craig Bruggner, 39, and William McDonald, 42, both of Elkhart, were arrested on preliminary charges of possession with intent to deliver and manufacturing meth, police said.
Police found an active meth lab and seized money and about six grams of meth.
The Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Team responded to the lab for clean-up.
