ELKHART -- Fire broke out in a building containing "The Same As It Never Was Resale," this morning, causing moderate damage but no injuries.

The Elkhart Fire Department arrived at the building, located at 120 Elkhart Ave., to find smoke rising from several spots in the building. After forcing entry into the building, the fire was easily extinguished, according to officials. By 9:30 a.m. the fire was under control.

The building was unoccupied at the time of the fire.

The cause of the fire is still unknown. However, the fire department said the building was over loaded with combustibles.
