Elkhart police are searching for a man who robbed a downtown bank this afternoon.
Bank of America, 320 North Main St., Elkhart, was robbed at about 3:12 p.m. today, according to Lt. Ed Windbigler of the Elkhart Police Department.
The suspect was described as a white male wearing a black baseball hat, black t-shirt, glasses, had no facial hair, thin build and approximately 50 years old, Windbigler reported in an e-mail.
