NAPPANEE — "Miracles at Main and Market Streets" returns to Nappanee Nov. 14 with a laser light show to kick off the 2009 Christmas season.
The celebration is in its third year and includes a parade, Santa Claus, caroling and refreshments.
The parade will depart at 7 p.m. from West Lincoln Street, head toward S.R. 19 (Main Street) and continue north to Centennial Street, east to Elm Street, south to Walnut Street and ending at Nappanee Public Library. Residents then may gather in the library parking lot for a reading of the Christmas story by Mayor Larry Thompson.
Carols, a laser light show and free coffee, hot chocolate and cookies will wrap up the evening.
