WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Amber K. Gipson and D. Matthews Hatch plan to marry Nov. 21, 2009, at Centenary United Methodist Church.

Miss Gipson is the daughter of Dwight and Diana Gipson of Elkhart, Ind. She is a 1999 graduate of Elkhart Central High School, a 2003 graduate of Hanover College and a 2007 graduate of Indiana University of Medicine. She is serving her residency at Wake Forest.

Mr. Hatch is the son of David and Judy Hatch of South Bend, Ind. He is a graduate of Washington University and a 2007 graduate of Indiana University of Medicine. He is serving his residency at Wake Forest.
