ANCHOR CONSTRUCTION
SOUTH BEND -- John Weaver III of Anchor Construction LLC attended Star Building Systems' basic builder school. During the seminar, students were introduced to the Star building product, terminology, construction of a metal building and the building and pricing of Star metal buildings.
INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
NEW PARIS -- Dustin Whitehead of New Paris has officially joined the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Law Enforcement. The graduation ceremonies recently took place at the State Capitol.
Whitehead has been assigned to Elkhart County.

SOUTH BEND -- Mark D. Kundmueller recently joined Tuesley Hall Konopa as an associate. He will be part of the litigation team.
He earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2003 and has been a practicing attorney since 2003.

SOUTH BEND -- Douglas D. Anderson has joined Baker & Daniels LLP. He will practice tax and business law in the South Bend office.
From the University of Notre Dame, Anderson earned his bachelor's degree in 1989 and his law degree in 1992. He is a adjunct professor at Notre Dame and has more than 17 years of experience in legal practice.
CLEER VISION WINDOWS
ELKHART -- Don Hamm is joining the sale force at Cleer Vision Windows Inc.
He will focus on window sales to the recreational vehicle and transit bus industries.
Hamm is a graduate of Western Michigan University and has more than 15 years' experience in window sales to the RV industry.
KIK CUSTOM PRODUCTS
ELKHART -- Arthur R. Duncan, machine operator at KIK Custom Products, attended a four-day emergency response training program at the ICWUC Center for Worker Health and Safety Education. Program participants studied the health effects of chemical exposures, respiratory protection and proper handling and storage of reactive and toxic chemicals.
Duncan is a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local 1315.

WARSAW -- Charles "Woody" Woodling of The Resource Development Group has successfully fulfilled the qualifications of Total Quality Institute certification and has been awarded the title of certified quality facilitator.
