Let's discuss 'Goshen: Woman killed in crash at C.R. 28 and C.R. 11'.
A 73-year-old woman was killed Tuesday afternoon after the car she was driving was hit at C.R. 11 and C.R. 28 west of the city by a pickup truck. Gloria Carr of South Bend was driving east on C.R. 28 at 4:04 p.m. when she stopped at the intersection but proceeded through into the path of the truck, which was going south, according to Cpl. David Lanzen of the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department.

I travel CR 28 quite often. CR 28 & CR11 is a bad intersection with reduced visibility north and south from CR 28. Especially when headed east on CR 28, you have to almost pull into the intersection to see southbound traffic on CR 11. This is a bad intersection, and a 4-way stop needs to be put up immediately.
