Let's discuss 'Elkhart: Two women lose a combined 208 pounds in company's weight loss program'.

Dawn Young, master scheduler at Gaska Tape Inc., has a lot more pep in her step these days. She has lost 88 pounds since January. Cathy Ruff, who works in shipping at Gaska, is down 120 pounds.
