Let's discuss 'As the local economy recovers, what’s the outlook for 2010?'.
In the past few months, there has been a flurry of good news in Elkhart County -- an Adversity Index rating "in recovery," returning RV sales and the still dipping unemployment rate. So as the year draws to an end, a question begs to be asked: What's the outlook for 2010? It's a question The Elkhart Truth posed to local businesspersons during the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce's annual Biz-ness Expo, held this year at the RV/MH Hall of Fame.
