Let's discuss 'Jayco Inc. in Middlebury hiring more than 200, increasing production'.

In what is being touted as another sign of the economic recovery, Jayco, Inc., is increasing production and has recalled or hired more than 200 workers. The Middlebury recreational vehicle manufacturer said the improving production rates are the result of "higher than anticipated levels of oncoming orders."

Doesn't that mean that they have already hired them? Article title is a tad misleading and I have a feeling Jayco got a ton of people running over there today to fill out an application, or try to.
