Let's discuss 'Goshen officials want to link to an upgraded C.R. 17 after South Link Road project'.
While the city recently got funding for a project that will effectively link U.S. 33 and S.R. 15 south of the city in a few years, plans to extend that link west to an eventually upgraded C.R. 17 face significant hurdles.

| We don't need more roads. We need effective transportation. Dores anyone link more traffice in Elkhart County with global warming? If we did and started changing the way we do things, then we would not choose more roads.
