Let's discuss 'Dining A La King: What happens if you leave a McDonald's hamburger untouched ... for months?'.
I have a pet hamburger.

| I think it is kinda scary that not even the bugs would eat that burger? Just curious, did you check the other drawers in your desk or your file cabinet for other un-eaten food?

| Must be nothing to do in the newsroom. Honestly, who would CARE about this?

two dried all beef patties, special hardened sauce, curled lettuce, moldy cheese, putrid pickle on a old crumbly bun.

| I went to a McDonalds several weeks ago to pick up a quick dinner for my family. My youngest loves Mickey D's but always orders a plain hamburger. When I arrived home and began to pass out the food my son found that his plain hamburger was shaped as though a bite had been taken out of the meat (not the bun) of his hamburger. On closer inspection there was no question in my mind that there was indeed a bite taken from this burger. My oldest son took the burger back to the restaurant where the manager agreed with our suspicions but stated that all she could do was give us another hamburger. My son thanked her but declined the offer. There were workers behind the counter who began to laugh uncontrollably when my son showed the burger to the manager which for me was an indication that the workers truly thought this was funny. I will still eat at McDonalds but I will never return to that particular restaurant again. The incident was bad and the lack of concern on the part of the management was worse. I was truly disgusted.
