Let's discuss 'A two-hour tour of fall's beauty: The Truth 2009 Fall Color Tour'.
Version 2.009 of the Elkhart Truth Fall Color Tour is little changed from Version 2.008. There are added stops for food and recreation, but the route remains the same as last year's. Once again the Color Tour starts at Congdon Park in Bristol.

| Don't waste your GAS! None of those leaves have even turned turned enough yet. Some of these sights take you in the middle of NO WHERE, Oh, Yes, I found Pergatory, MI and the others, put 100 miles r/t + on my car, gas wasted, one lane roads, sharp curves, wondering if I could find my way back home, not pretty. Maybe in a month they will be pretty, not yet. A trail to NO WHERE!

| kadoka: I agree on some of the leaves not turning yet but still save the route for later. I am hoping I can ride the motorcycle on this drive. It' great to enjoy the smells and watch people deal with the fall leaves. Besides if I'm on the road I can't be home raking my own leaves. LOL

True: I doubt I will though, and there were (3) bicylists enjoying the sights today. So you won't be alone on your bike. I actually was looking for something else but got lost and happenchanced on this tour of fall. a little spooky so close to Halloween I will have to try it again and know where I am going next time. But I will take the main road, not the backroads. It was like a scene out of a "bad movie". Complete with "green swamp water".
