Let's discuss 'The job market was closed, so this couple opened a hot dog cart'.
Technically, Douglas and Jacqueline Murray are making lemonade because of a sour situation, but it's from their new --- and therefore Goshen's new -- hot dog cart. Douglas got laid off from his job in corporate sales with Bob Evans Farm in April.

I saw this cart downtown last week (I work in Elkhart and was delivering to Goshen) and my first impression was O MY Gosh!!! Goshen has a hot dog cart!! This is great!
What a wonderful "big city" item to see in a small town, and Kudos to this couple for looking outside the box to bring home the bacon!
Great idea!

| Very cool! I live in Elkhart, but I'll definitely check it out when I visit Goshen. My husband & I vacation in Ludington, MI for a couple weeks every year. A "semi-retired" couple have a hot dog cart up there, and we always look them up. They set up in various places around town, and have great hot dogs. They even both wear home-made "weiner" hats that are really neat! I definitely want to try out the one in Goshen.
