Waste of time and money... She would be better off supporting a candidate who would / might allow her to continue as second fidel... Hell, Elkhart County government can't / won't even elect a democrat, what, who thinks the county would elect a woman Sheriff.. Now that is funny!

Hell, Elkhart County government can't / won't even elect a democrat, what, who thinks the county would elect a woman Sheriff.. Now that is funny!  News flash for ya dog - the county government doesn't elect the sheriff; we do. And what's so funny about a woman sheriff anyway?

| Nothing like a candidate that will continue the same agenda that has been going on for the last 8 years, including low morale, high employee turnover, and a focus on politics instead of public safety!

| I looked at the schedule included in the article and noticed there are several events held at fire stations. That doesn't seem right to me. A fire station is a site that is funded by tax dollars. As such, should it not be politically neutral? Are the fire stations made available for opposition candidates as well? Maybe I'm off base, but that just doesn't seem right, regardless of which candidate or party is involved.
