Let's discuss 'Local digest — Dog breeders face license law'.
A law that takes effect Wednesday gives dog breeders six months to register with the Indiana Board of Animal Health and obtain a license for their facilities.

| Whoooo Hooooo! I can't wait for all the puppy millers to get what they deserve! Sadly, we can't make the punishment for these so called "breeders" to live in the environment they force their animals to live in.

Could we get a law now against breeding more politicians and lawmakers?
If hindsight is 20/20...Then why do we look ahead instead of behind?
