If someone has a legal copy of a song they can do with it what they want. Just like anything else that is made.

Just what I said a legal copy and notice it says TV show or motion picture. Can you please explain me how a musician is ripped off if there is a legal copy for what the music is intended to be used for? I guess you can't disagree with what was said so you go after a song. Could you please quote the law to correct me?

Now we've quit driving gas guzzler's again (aka SUV's, Truck's, Hummer's and Class A's) to begin driving Honda's and Toyota's again. What's the constant? Abnormal spikes in gasoline prices. What does that say about a country that hasn't learned a darn thing in 30 years. The thing I can't understand is the popularity of a Presidentil candidate who says he's going to raise taxes. It's not like he's trying to hide it, he's going to raise taxes!!! With all the complaining you hear about people's tax rates being too high now, I don't see how Obama gets one vote.

That’s nearly double the number of soldiers killed in Iraq over the same time period. Civil war? In Chicago? Are we creating these murders because of Bush/Cheney/Karl Rove policies? Or is it the gun ban and all those unarmed subjects in the socialized enlightened paradise called Chicago politics? At least Obama has kept his friend Ayres from bombing any police stations this year.

House Rep. Charles Rangel, chairman of the tax-writing Ways and Means Committee, failed to report $75,000 of income from a villa he owns in the Dominican Republic, his attorney said on Friday.
I wonder how many houses he owns? I bet he forgot about that one.

| I am certainly not bold enough to predict a McCain-Palin victory this fall, but with everything the Bush administration has screwed up, this election should be the Dem's to loose. And it sure appears that it will be very close thanks to looser-looser ticket the Dem's are putting up.
